I ordered a Dell Returb from Dell over 3 weeks ago and even have an in tenet receipt number. However I cannot track or find anything about the order as they have not emailed me , do not recognise the number they gave me and I get passed from one dept to another..and have logged in jumped through all the hoops but to no avail. II also failed to get a contact to speak to and their website. Talk about showing disdain for people at the purchasing stage.. I mean if they cannot even be bothered to help facilitate a purchase then we are all doomed if this is the modern e-tailer.. I will chase them up again tomorrow... but if I had know that this would be a full time job I would have gone for HP!
