WORST "customer support" ever...

Ordered the most expensive Alienware laptop. Card payment didn't work so I had to wire transfer the money to them. When I never got a confirmation email I contacted them, and they told me my order was on hold because they had not received the money. I contacted my bank that confirmed my money went to Dell. I then spent a week trying to reach someone on the phone, I was met with answering machines and tech support that could not help me, or point me in the right direction. I made a support ticket through their website, and got an automated response back - not helpful at all. When I tried to write back I was told the ticked was closed and that I could not reply to it. Been well over a week now. Order still on hold, my bank account is empty, and I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Dell that can help me or even tell me what is going on. Their web support just sends me in a loop of useless FAQ's. It should be illegal to operate in such a way! If I don't get my money back or the laptop I ordered by the end of the week, I will be forced to go to the police (recommended by my bank)
