very very bad/poor support from dell

i tried to contact Dell for a computer issues, i was on phone with them for 45minutes, the call was being routed to different people at least 5 times, i have to repeat my problem each time, but at end all of them told me that they are not the person for the support, at least 2 of the engineers i clearly told him/her what the computer i have, but they still route the call to the wrong group(at least the person pick the call says they are not the group for this), totally waste my time. if i could i would give dell 0 star, if i could i would never buy anything from them.
