I am sharing my experience, so others don’t fall victim to Canva’s reckless billing practices. Canva repeatedly attempted unauthorized transactions on my bank account, even after confirming the charges were fraudulent, causing me hundreds in banking fees. Despite multiple requests, they refuse to refund these extra charges, only returning a portion of my money while ignoring the financial harm they caused.🔴 Summary of Canva’s Misconduct📌 Canva deducted funds without authorization, triggering penalty fees. 📌 I reported the fraud in January 2025, and Canva confirmed I did not authorize the charges. 📌 Instead of stopping, Canva aggressively attempted debit orders multiple times (Jan 20 – Feb 5). 📌 Each failed debit attempt cost me additional banking fees, which Canva refuses to refund. 📌 Despite clear proof, Canva refuses to take responsibility for the financial harm they caused.🚨 PUBLIC WARNING⚠ DO NOT TRUST CANVA WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. ⚠ If Canva attempts unauthorized transactions on your account, demand a full refund immediately. ⚠ If Canva refuses to refund you, REPORT THEM to authorities and take legal action.I will continue escalating this case until Canva fully compensates me for the unlawful banking fees they caused. I can't speak to the Animoto Marketing piece as there is no need. I am however quite disappointed with the failure of the Memories to remain relevant. There have been precious few additions of appropriately professional templates added in the past 4 or 5 years i've been a subscriber. I placed an order directly with Phillips for a Shaver which only cost £22.99 on the 22nd April .I was given a delivery date of 26th of April. Now 5th May and no communication from Philiips or UPS. It was held by customs but since then on a daily basis it states that it has cleared customs. I the consumer had to chase UPS and still no update. I spoke to Phillps directly during my break and the words from the Agent: "its only a day late ""We cannot check all orders"Unbelievable So conclusion is Phillips take money from customers then don't care and despite them giving me a clear delivery date they now go back and say its only a day late .The world has gone crazy when a huge organisation has Customer Service where they think that it's OK to accept late delivery. At the very least I expected let me see what I can do and will come back to you with an explanation and an apology. The agent did apologise but it was just words he didn't care less this is the Virtual generation we live in. I could have bought for a few pounds extra on Amazon and would have had great customer service and traceability. I will never buy a Phillps product again if the attitude is we clearly want your money but don't care for after sales service. Philips please learn that the Customer is King not always right but Customer is King and seems a dying concept.If they mentioned Pandemic which is now another common excuse to justify poor service at least they would have been consistent!!!

Tha worst worst worst worst worst worst company I have ever had to deal with constantly getting the different information from different advisors and the process to get MY money out has took over 3 months , forms have gone missing then found , got told you coudnt send correspondence through email then you could, 2 different departments one for information one for money release are not in sync whatsoever I'm on the verge of losing my house because I am unfortunately reliant on this money because of severe illness

I had told them I had not received any response. They replied a month later to say college had told them they had contacted me twice so they had closed the case. I said I wanted evidence. I had no reply. I complained and only then was I told they had now asked for evidence - but only because I told them to. After four months! Negligent not to ask in the first place. I said they should have informed me they had now asked for evidence and I was told they 'did not provide a running commentary'. Rude. When I complained manager said had done nothing wrong, go to PHSO, I said I never wasted my time with PHSO, when I had evidence of failing organisations I reported it to journalists, which is what the public should now do. Am disgusted at ICO. People who work for these places should be ashamed.

I filed a complaint for a refund that was denied, and now that I'm resignedly using "Domestika Plus," I realize that my only benefit is a paltry $1 discount per course. This is a well-disguised scam. It's a shame that so many trained professionals who teach for them have their names tarnished by being part of this site that operates so unethically.

Watching world news anchor (Indian woman) 12/5/23, really showed her personal bias while interviewing an Israeli representative. I was left feeling that she has to be Muslim, it felt / appeared personal, disdainful and maybe even hatefulness coming from her. Please, please employ anchors that can conceal their personal opinions and bias. It's off pudding to get the news from journalist that report the news drenched with their personal perspectives.

Promo 50%off1st 2rides when you download app. Took 2 rides no 50%.. I reported them to ftc & they said others are pending. I should be patient for 2 months. If Lyft got you to switch from Uber because of promo & they charged you more...I encourage all victims to report Lyft to ftc...they are waiting on a few more complaints to take action. If any company advertises a rate & charges you more...it is unfair practices & they receive big fines for this kind of practice. In lyfts case there are a lot of us...that means it's bigger than just $20000 fines. So I encourage anyone who fell victim to speak up

I've tried to open a Fiat account with crypto.com, after sending the documents they asked, it's been pending for over a month. I spent 16 hours with the customer support chat. After the first 4 hours they tell me that they will open a ticket for me. Proceeds to tell me to wait, 12 hours later I don't even have a ticket number to refer to, the next customer support person has taken over the same chat (I replied to them via email) and still has no clue what this is about. They proceed to tell me to continue waiting.
