One of the worst services you can experience. For sales, they have very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable people. Once you place an order, you cant connect with them on chat. When you send an email, you always get vague answers. Nobody responds on their Twitter handle @DellLuistert. Happened twice, you place an order and it never gets delivered on time, also you don't get any update on what's happening with an order shipment. Happened 2 years back and in 2022 it's the same issue. Real shame.
