Searched for local store and was shown inventory available. Went to process order and it only had shipping. Called store and they informed they didn’t have the product. Inventory and order entry needs fixed as this process is unacceptable. I wouldn’t have ordered, however son-in-law had the item on his wish list.

I really like AliExpress always tracked and on time to the uk really good prices and availability. Never had a problem until recently with some printer hot ends happened twice both times I received an instant refund that’s why I like AliExpress the service is excellent 👌

Paid for a tv, booked and delivery date, took time off work and on the day of delivery email received to say it was delayed until the following day. 3 days later and numerous calls to “customer service” and still no tv. Product still showing as available for next day delivery on their website proving that they are very unorganised and have no regard for customers. 3 times I’ve been told it has been shipped and DPD are collecting. Every time this has been a lie. Do not buy from Samsung they have zero regard for customers and can not fulfil their orders
