Support sucks.

Support sucks.Recently purchased a new XPS system. Wanted to find out boot options (CDROM, External USB stick) and no one within support organization can provide proper guidance. Outsourcing has its limitations. They want me to pay for third party software support rather than providing me with bios setup routine to activate CDROM as boot device. What a shame, used to be great organization.
