Depop is the worst decision I ever made. I purchased a pair of “used” Hermes Oran sandals but the seller claimed they were genuine. I paid £350 and extra from protection fee and delivery so total of £378.20. When I went to collect the item, I had to pay a custom fee without being aware but I did. As soon as I opened the sandals, I realised they were fake (I have my own original pair from Hermes). I opened a dispute and contacted the seller. I sent countless emails to Depop with photos and even reported the seller directly to Hermes with their @username. Depop have now closed the case twice saying it has been resolved because the seller responded with absolutely NO UPDATE on my side. I have been scammed by this evil person and this evil app who do NOTHING to help a genuine buyer. First and last item ever purchased through them. HATE THIS APP, it has absolutely RUINED ME!!!!!!
