I purchased from a seller on the 11th of October. I messaged the seller two weeks later asking when my purchase would be shipped and for tracking details as it still says awaiting shipping. I received no response from the seller. It is now the 11th of November and I still haven't received my purchase and despite Depop showing the seller was active two days, have still had no response to my message. I was also unaware that Depops buyer protection only covered me for 30 days since they removed PayPal as a payment option and because it has been 31 days I can't be refunded. This isn't the first time I have been scammed by a seller on Depop. I can no longer find an option to to communicate with a human at Depop customer services to resolve the issue. I'm at a point where I will just avoid Depop altogether and would recommend others do the same.
