EA support advisors do not speak English well and cannot communicate. Within an hour of creating an account, I was fed up with them and have spent 2 days trying to get them to delete my account. No one has replied in a way that makes sense, no one has passed my request on to anyone who English and can explain to me what to do. I am also very concerned about my credit card privacy - their screen used my bank's logo and phone number w/o the bank's consent.

Worked for 1 year then suddenly lost all connectivity. I contacted Google nest support they said the chip was damage and that they wouldn't offer me a free replacement. Avoid Google products if possible. I have 7 Google smart devices and regret buying them... should of gone with ring.

Almost impossible to unsubscribe. I have been trying for almost a year and I'm struggling to find how to. Customer support are unresponsive. Seems like Adobe have deliberately designed the system to be difficult to unsubscribe from. Funny how easy it is to sign up.

Hello,I'ordered a power supply for my macbook pro, paid before the delivery. the day of the delivery, the post man put a big letter into the mail box. After emtying the mail box, I noticed that the big letter was light, no item inside it.I did not open it, I contacted bol.com directly through the customer portal to inform them about the issue.But up to now, no news. It was my first order there, I'm disappointed since very hard to contact them by phone from Belgium.

Bought a Harley Benton ST AQUSTIC beginning of September I received it I great order very quickly,,,after inspection the action was high so put 10 gauge strings with wound 3rd and tweaking the truss rod I've got it spot it plays great now and surprisingly loud for a thin body guitar I've not tried it through an amp yet but I'm sure it will be fine,,,for the price you can't go wrong also thanks to the company for the rapid turnover Davy.

Complete joke of a company and SCAM system that has auto-renewal on and no way to turn this off. Details of this are hidden in small print, so there is no way to cancel this, no cooling off period, and rude customer service that is not helpful. Avoid, would not recommend.

I was so sure that I was hacked. I wrote a ticket (WordFence Care) which was promptly acted upon. Margaret, the customer support engineer handling the issue, researched the problem, which was a technical issue, and then explained the problem. I was able to resolve the problem quickly. Thanks to all those at WordFence who painstakingly and patiently help people like me who, at times, inadvertently give a false alarm.Ray
