Banned me for counterfeit items, I sent proof they were real (screen recordings of email confirmation and close up photos) but they said they couldn’t accept it, I asked what I can do to prove it and offered to send bank statements and even email the brands themself to verify the orders and they said the decision was final. They then kept my £1,000 depop balance. Absolute joke, I had nothing but positive feedback no one complained. I can only assume this is an exit scam as other apps are taking over… customer support is non existent it’s a new agent every email and they don’t read what you say they just copy and paste the same BS, obviously paid minimum wage and just meeting their email targets , they don’t care at all. Depop is an awful platform and I advise you to stay clear
