Bought something off a seller and they never sent the item and ignored my messages, tried to report this through Depop assuming I’d be entitled to a refund since the seller is clearly scamming to be told that because I made the purchase over 30 days ago I’m not entitled to a refund?? I’ve now had to request a chargeback through my bank. Depop is pro-seller, and sellers get away with not sending items because of their ridiculous policies.
