Do not use them!! Customer service is shocking. Buyer decided wanted to return my item, I informed depop was away so couldn't accept return until back. The item was returned and left out in the rain and destroyed. The worst part is depop ignore your emails and refuse to help. Terrible service. Would urge everyone to stay away and use another site.
