Availability of images and package pricing versus only subscription. Even within a limited time, a year is reasonable to download the images I need and the price is such that even if I don't, even some key images for the right use makes it worth it, and the same price as other sites. Anne was extremely helpful, knowledgable, kind, and courteous. As well: FAST! She helped me out and everything worked seamlessly to make the purchase.
