I prepaid for a full year of my domain name in May 2024, but unfortunately, I had to cancel the subscription shortly after. I attempted to request a refund for the unused months, given that I had paid for the entire year upfront. However, I was informed by the chat customer service that a refund was not possible because it exceeded their 15-day policy.While I understand that policies are in place, it feels incredibly unfair to lose eight months of payment without any compensation, especially as an annual subscriber. My experience has left me quite frustrated, and I cannot recommend Domain.com based on this policy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
