I have been debited without consent or warning for their Plus premium service. When I chose to buy a cheap course (less than $1) I apparently signed up for the free trial of the Plus service. Without my knowing, this was added to my cart and then directly debited two weeks after the initial bought course. I received no notification or warning that the free trial was ending, nor was I given the option to opt out of the Plus service. I would never have chosen the Plus service because I have no need for that kind of course usage but more importantly I know I cannot afford the premium they charged. I am disgusted by Domestika who think this is ethical and ok to continue charging unsuspecting loyal consumers. I have opened a case with PayPal but who knows if I will get any resolve from them - they seem to be trying to stay out of it and yet they are the ones authorizing payments.
