Ecosia is a good search engine because it helps the environment however it doesn't compare to google or Microsoft Bing because of its lack of AI and poor answers as it does give it to you it just lists websites, and you have to find the information yourself. Its good if you want to be ecofriendly but bad if you are researching stuff in general.

Last night, I plugged in my phone to the USB slot on the alarm box next to the best. It melted my power cord and my phone port, my phone is dead. It no longer works because I plugged it into Best Western's USB provided port. This morning, I spoke to the hotel Manager Jeffrey Jerry and he blamed my week old usb cord that I've used in several locations every single day without a problem or it ever getting hot.... until best western.

Was told I could not stop my subscription due to not knowing the account email, although I had ALL payment details and account holder information. Was forced to cancel through my bank due to customer service screaming at me that unless I knew the account email I could not cancel.

I have been debited without consent or warning for their Plus premium service. When I chose to buy a cheap course (less than $1) I apparently signed up for the free trial of the Plus service. Without my knowing, this was added to my cart and then directly debited two weeks after the initial bought course. I received no notification or warning that the free trial was ending, nor was I given the option to opt out of the Plus service. I would never have chosen the Plus service because I have no need for that kind of course usage but more importantly I know I cannot afford the premium they charged. I am disgusted by Domestika who think this is ethical and ok to continue charging unsuspecting loyal consumers. I have opened a case with PayPal but who knows if I will get any resolve from them - they seem to be trying to stay out of it and yet they are the ones authorizing payments.

horrified experience usless customer support fighting with them already all day by emails trying to prove i sent them the product back I habve the email with tracking number saying it was sent to bol. and still not enough ...and 10000000 times and following phone calls which confirmed that they will pay me back but still get emails asking to Provo that i sent it back . Im not going to give up on my 25 euro . and for sure will never use the service again

Worse service ever! Very incompetent people from technicians to dispatch. I don’t know what kind of people they have running this company, but they need to fire every last one of them and start over or just close the company down. I have never dealt with so many incompetent people in my life..

Do not get suckered into their online subscription service - they lure you with a $1.00 / month offer and then it goes up to $19.49 / month and they make it VERY DIFFICULT to cancel the subscription. You have to call in to cancel it, even if it is a digital subsciption you signed up for online. The content they deliver is average and you can get much better news from a variety of other papers for free or a fraction of the price - not worth the hassel or price.

Drivers really helpful. Always turned up quickly. My complaint is purely down to Lyft itself. 2 weeks since my last journey and thru have not refunded a single temp auth payment they took from my account. Every response I get from the customer service team is like I'm asking for my refund for the very first time. It's been 1 week now with no reply. So basically. You get charged twice for every journey. Never using this service again and I will be warning others in the Disney Facebook groups I am a member of.

Two teen daughters & online shopping with Urban Outfitters is a nightmare combination. Items are in stock on their website when you place your order, however expect an email a number of days later to have part of your order cancelled as items are “not available” Sod’s Law & it will always be the item that was the most anticipated. You could forgive it if it was a one off but it happens on a regular basis so beware when shopping for presents & expect that they may not arrive. All that aside a lot of the pieces are of such poor quality. A recent corset top that was ordered was so badly made that it wasn’t wearable. Customer service are also a nightmare with the same generic responses every time. Do yourself a favour & avoid, convince your teens to shop elsewhere.
