I’ve ordered multiple times from doordash and 6 times out of 10 I’ve had situations where my order was either delivered to the wrong address therefore I never received it or something was wrong with my order.. there have been WAY TOO MANY TIMES where I spent my hard earned money on a failed order and have been denied a refund by doordash!! Who are y’all to say I can’t receive a refund?? Because of “account history” and “previous requests of refunds”? In the words of their pathetic and heartless customer service.. so because of something outside of my control, that I have NOTHING TO DO WITH.. I should be losing out on money AND my order? I provide real proof that something went wrong EVERY TIME and doordash could have not one care in the world. This was my absolute last time using doordash and I WILL be suing! An absolute disgrace.
