P!ss-poor service

Ordered something that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days and over a week later it still hasn’t even left the store because “too many people are on vacation from that store.” The store wouldn’t even overnight ship it for me, so order cancelled and hello Sweetwater guaranteed free two day shipping!

TRULY APPALLING SERVICE!

Truly appalling service! We booked our seats to Dubai early as part of our full journey to Brisbane. My Wife suffers from motion sickness so we chose carefully, booking at the front of the plane having paid the upgrade fee to do so. On the morning of our departure we checked in online and were horrified to find our seats had changed completely. We were moved from row 25 upstairs to row 87 downstairs! Initially I had no answer from Customer Service and only discovered a last minute change of plane caused them to radically change our seating. APART FROM A TERRIBLE FLIGHT BY THE TOILETS AT THE BACK OF THE PLANE,WE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY- NO COMPENSATION- AND RECEIVED ONLY AN AUTOMATED ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will never fly Emirates again……..

1 star rating for there customer service agent/associate. Absolutely no help with a delivery all you get from them is wait until it’s marked as delivered. Driver wouldn’t leave item as he said it had been cancelled but I can’t claim a refund for another 5 days. Terrible service from chiraq

They con people

It used to be a great company but has gone downhill and customer services are rude. I had ordered a set of drawers but they arrived half made, the drawers didn't close, and with sharp edges, I ended up with paper cuts all over my hands. I took photos but the 3rd party seller, Neats Plastic (I wished I read the reviews), wanted to charge me to return the unit. I complained to Amazon who asked me to advance the cost of the return, £42, which I can't afford. After years and dozens of orders with Amazon, I have permanently closed my account.

They keep increasing date of delivery and after 3 weeks of ordering POCO x2 device and still not delivered. Tracking details are also getting updated. You can not track your delivery. Pathetic delivery and bad services as if you have any queries, you an play with bots without proper answer. Wors ever service. Never will buy from Flipkar anymore. Cancel this oreder as well.

Worst possible customerservice ever

Worst possible customer service eveI have been customer for 3 years. A year ago i wrote them to stop my subscription, the customer service team, suddenly ignored my ticket. Now they pulled another year, i wrote them again, and they reply that 1 day after renewal period, that i have to pay for another year. I could pay for a month, a quarter or whatever... No another year is the minimum option.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I tried online to resolve first. The automated bots kept kicking me out. I waited over an hour for a live person and they refused to refund me on an unauthorized subscription charge. I would’ve accepted a partial refund, but the management is not even available to speak to. I stated that I am not paying the charge they put on my card. I deal with issues in my job constantly and have NEVER had such terrible service. Do NOT buy any subscriptions from them.

Scam Phone S23 Ultra

The biggest Favour Samsung did to me is after taking my money (Over $2000 for S23 ULTRA), delivered the Phone (or at least that’s how they see it). Had it for less than 2 weeks when the screen went black. Sent it for repairs, was given a time frame of 3 working days and after 4 weeks and multiple follow-ups they said it cannot be repaired. however, we will give you a new phone in 2 days and after 2weeks (and again Multiple follow ups) I am advised to send my invoice of payment and they will access if they will give the phone or just refund the money (which is still pending as we speak). Total Time Frame 3 months 18 days so far Simple logic by Samsung "IT's EITHER MY WAY OR MY WAY"

IMDB is pure trash now. Criticize anything with women or a minority as leads, even if, you're just like, "I don't like this actor"...your review gets deleted. Amazon ruined the site. It's trash now, ruined by the dot-coms forever. You are literally not allowed to dislike anything that falls under the woke umbrella. I enjoyed the site ever since I was in high school, it's sad to see the end of an era. Ever since the SJW whiners complained about bad reviews of Captain Marvel and Black Panther, IMDB got scared of their own shadow and started protecting movies like this so irrationally, you're not even allowed to post a bad review. You could leave the best review ever for movies like "Glory" and "Friday", but if you didn't like "Black Panther", you're not allowed to say why.Tragic.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I made an order on April 29 and was charged $119 that day. I received a second charge on May 13, for the same order, same amount again. I emailed customer service and had the second charge reversed on May 20, but then the same amount was charged on my card again. I reached out again on May 24, nothing happened. I reached out again on May 27 and was guaranteed I would received a refund within 48 hours. Still nothing. Plus I haven’t even received my order. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied!
