Horrible customer service

I was a dasher, but not anymore. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t care about their drivers. Customers can falsely claim they didn’t receive their food anytime they want and it hurts the drivers record. I disputed it, and nothing was done. Escalated it and they told me give it some time it will go away. Now they want me to do another 100 deliveries then it will disappear. So basically they want me to ignore the fact that someone claimed I am dishonest thought I proved otherwise, and just go on as if nothing happened. Shame on you DoorDash customer service for thinking that’s ok. It’s absolutely not ok for those of us that care about our honesty and integrity. Shame on you. I moved to other delivery services that value their delivery people back in may. I was trying to be forgiving and give you a second chance today, but still nothing has changed.
