Missing an item and received a drink that was only 3/4 filled. Complained to DoorDash and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. They DON'T compare to a better liked delivery company. Additionally, they only partially refunded the missing item. I'd rather drive 10-20 miles to pick up something than to ever use DoorDash again!! To be fair about 2 hours later I found an email with an apology from DoorDash.
