Really bad service

I want to share my terrible experience with emirates flights from London to Bali return. I’ve bought £1650 tickets each for me and my husband and paid extra for economy plus. On the tickets it’s says free exchange, only pay the extra if the rate is different. Originally I was supposed to return on the 2th of August, when I tried to change it to other date, that have the same value the website was giving me a mistake every time. I’ve tried like 20 times and it I didn’t work, then I tried to call their customer service, which also doesn’t work on weekends, so I had to wait till Monday. After spending hours trying to get through I’ve decided to try and change the date for the flight that was £400 pounds extra. And then website “magically” start working, charged me and change the date. It was very frustrating but it’s only the beginning.So one day before my flight I’ve tried to check in and, guess what? Website not working again. Tried to call - also was not able to get through. So me and my husband arrived at the airport earlier to check in and we’ve been told that there are no seats together. Im aero phobic and for me it was super stressful to spend 18 hours in the air without my husband, especially since we bought such an expensive tickets, with the company which supposed to be “one of the best” in the world. Oh and also they place on basic economy, even thought we paid for economy premium. So I suggest to avoid this company, I personally would never use their services again.

We've been using SendGrid for our marketing and transactional emails, but we wanted to try a more affordable software with a better user experience. We found Brevo to meet our requirements and started using it for our marketing emails. So far, the campaign delivery has been excellent.

Shabby unprofessional business.

Shabby unprofessional business.I clearly state to leave my parcels in my safe place. But for these idiots do just that? No they don't. They dump on front doorstep and then run. I sick to death of my parcels being late for delivery too. The other day I recieved a message unable to deliver my parcel due to no access on my driveway. Seriously!! Firstly I don't have a driveway and secondly they never delivered anyhow as I have video doorbell and five cctv camera around my property recording 24/7 and I was in all day. Then they stated my parcel will be attempted delivery same day before 10pm. Parcel never arrived. And today being the 11th January 2024 they finally brought my two parcels which were in a total mess. Boxes smashed up beyond recognition and they had put all my items into plastic bags. I mean what the hell. How can they destroy two large boxes and have to put my items into two plastic bags. Which incidentally 7 items were missing which I've had to claim a refund on. Thanks royal mail and Amazon. Strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. Today I must add, im due another parcel which I paid for next day delivery and that parcel has failed to arrive so far. Such a poor service. Makes me sick.

I would like to personally thank you both and the company David Cliff so much for being there as my administrators of 41 Rayner Drive. I have for many years worked in post conflict countries (Iraq, Afghanistan, Liberia South West Africa,) So when I purchased Rayner Drive I required a reliable estate agent to manage my property on my behalf. The first company I used in Reading was awful and an unmitigated disaster. Making me considerably wary going forward.That said I was visiting my solicitor in Woking and noticed David Cliff so popped in to discuss my property management since then I have never looked back both Kate and Hellen have always been stellar in supporting me and my property there always available if I need to engage with regards to my property. Being away most of the time abroad they are both always so resourceful and helpful. They together deserve this accolade and I’m sure that you as David Cliff value immeasurably these two ladies as I do running my property.David Cliff Estate Agents and especially the staff 5 stars.

SPotify is very poor quality

SPotify is very poor quality, Once you HAVE IT ON LAPTOP you will not be able to get the account on your mobile device. Free streaming sites are far better as they allow for good quality downloads far superior to Spotify. Waste of £9.99 per month.

I have emailed countless times to say I haven’t got an account with any bank details on, I thought after the first time they tried to collect payment and it declined they would stop. It’s day 5 and they’ve tried to take payment every single day since. I 100% cancelled auto renew because the trial was back in January, I think the company are just trying it on. After emailing for 5 straight days asking them to stop I haven’t received a single email and there’s no way to stop it since they will continue to try regardless.Avoid at all costs.Edit: live chat was simple enough. Had it sorted within minutes. Still a poor service since the representative explained the email address used was nothing to do with me which has me worried that someone used my card details for their website.

AMEX Web Site Impossible to Navigate

The AMEX web site is impossible to navigate. I try to add a new card and they tell me to login. I do and try again to add a new account and they tell me to login. It keeps going in a circle, never allowing me to add the new card.

I have not been able to access my account now for weeks. Every day i am told new excuses which feel like they are designed just to stall me for another 24hrs. I have substantial funds in my account which i need access to. I jave already lost a substantial amount through my assets dropping during this period of being locked out. The app just does not work. Do your self a favour and stay away. They are criminals and now it will cost me more to seek legal advice. The only thing i would add is i had no problems last year trading with crypto.com but this year ( 2023) its been a complete joke.
