I find google account / settings / services / performances over-complicated, under acheiving & not at all user friendly Now I'm willing to accept I'm barely average at best when it comes to IT matters - so I dare say I might be causing part of the problem & I don't doubt there are users out there who find it all a breeze - but I will say I don't beleive there can be that many people that don't get problems at some stage
