Horrific and incredibly unhelpful customer service! I gave them all the information they asked for to solve my issue just to be told they didn't want to provide the solution after all. Never in my life have I ever actually gotten treated like such dogcrap by a company. They DO NOT care about your support of their games, they only want your money. Only ever buy their games if it's HEAVILY discounted. Do not support these crappy people if you can help it!!!

Once again I've been let down by the Amazon couriers. Tracked the package, and even got a text to say that the parcel would be delivered soon. Nobody came to my door. I needed the item today, and didn't go out in case I missed the delivery. I just knew I should have ordered the item for a more reputable store online. The couriers are giving Amazon a bad name. There is no where on their website to complain and the customer services page is a joke.

Not ever.Tonight after searching online I discovered that I am not the only one who has been treated so shabbily by a company I, and we, championed. We were your biggest fans. You lied to your very earliest supporters. The Legacy people who supported you. Who told all their friends, colleagues and clients about you. Who cheered you on. Stood by you. Who wanted you to win.I was told my rate would never increase as a Legacy Pro member. You raised my rate over 1100% with no warning.You charged people's credit cards for a dizzying price increase with no authorization to do this. You have acted in an unscrupulous and arrogant manner. It's beyond disappointing how you have treated your long time customers. Had you had the courtesy to email me and offer me options I would have felt like I was a valued customer. I would have at least had some sense of being respected. You have lost my business forever. I would have moved to another service provider long ago, but I felt like I was a valued Legacy customer. I felt loyal to your brand...even when I didn't use the account for years. Even when I hovered on the edge of giving up my account, I stayed because I felt a sense of belonging to Hootsuite. You are not the only—and certainly no longer the best—service provider. Thank you for making it so easy to move over to a paid account at Later where I immediately felt like a valued customer. You will never again have my recommendation or good will. A very disappointed customer.

I ordered a mobile from Flipkart. It took 2 months to deliver but since it was at the duration of corona I didn't blame Flipkart. I accepted the delivery after 2 months. but on the very first day, I found out that the speaker as well as audio jack were broken. they were not working. I raised a replacement request. they first told me to perform a factory reset. I did it without any results. they scheduled a tech visit who on arrival told me we can not do anything with this as this part doesn't fall under our policy. and he rejected the request. I spend 30000 rupees and I'm left with a broken phone. well done flipkart. But I'm happy now as I've quit buying from flipkart and also stopped all my friends and family memebers to buy from it :)

Today I came in to get new things to furnish and move apartments. I’m truly drained and exhausted today. After about 40- 60 mons in the Dekalb Mall Target I was done. I was ready to check out, and I MEAN CHECK OUT! I was asked to go to register 6 with all the things I needed and wanted for my new space. I was down and not looking forward to the cost of my selections. Down again… At register 6 I was greeted with a smile, charm, and light from Kyle and even joking with me. Then without a pause, Q came in and complimented me on my purchase! WOW?! Am I in a Matrix??? We got ALONG INSTANTLY AND CONSISTENTLY JOKED AND LAUGHED LIKE FRIENDS. Wow! What an experience… I’m going through a very difficult phase right now and even considering damaging myself. Q and Kyle have no understanding of how powerful their kindness, laughter, and personality made my day and created LIGHT in that very short 8min exchange. I’m grateful and thankful for Kyle and Q at register 6, AND the beauty lady at register 8. Thank you. 🙏🏾 I’m grateful. Shannon King

Terrible customer service! I have been trying to purchase a new membership online, I messaged over a week ago, had to chase a response, finally got a response which was not very helpful, I’m back waiting again for another reply. I will not bother to chase again and will not now be purchasing a membership. Having read the reviews the customer service department has been bad for a long time with obviously no signs of improvement.

App developed for fraudsters! I had to pay a damage fee because the driver found leaves on the doormat. It takes 5 seconds to shake them out and the driver can charge $20 for it. Bad support says he can't do anything because a manual chargeback is not possible and sends me the terms of use saying that the driver has the right to do so. ALTHOUGH it only says that the driver is only entitled to it if the SEAT is dirty and not the floor mat! Conclusion: The driver can charge a fee just for using the vehicle, you just pay three times the fare. Support is still supporting these scammers and doesn't want to help.

I find google account / settings / services / performances over-complicated, under acheiving & not at all user friendly Now I'm willing to accept I'm barely average at best when it comes to IT matters - so I dare say I might be causing part of the problem & I don't doubt there are users out there who find it all a breeze - but I will say I don't beleive there can be that many people that don't get problems at some stage
