Hi, I checked out of my storage(10th Nov) unit within the period, and they requested I clean it out as discussed. They charged me another month's rent after I had gone. It's now December 14th, and still haven't been refunded my money $184.00, after 20 emails nothing when I get an email requesting my bank details. which they have been taking money out of my accounts for months. Shouldnt have to wait over 3 weeks.
