Trying to resolve an ongoing issue, where I was advised the hotel I had booked 12 months since had stopped trading 6 months since!!!Despite several calls, this has still not been resolved and I have had my call terminated yet again.They do not respond or try to resolve anything to a satisfactory standard, hence the shocking reviews below!!!!

Horrible Customer Service. They have an auto renew scam, where they charge you again on the one year anniversary. When the charge came up on the auto renewal date, I asked them to reverse as I only used it once and will not use it again. No way will they reverse. If they have to resort to these kinds of tactics to make money, it speaks to the integrity of the company and the product. They are probably making millions on this scam. Be very leery of this company.

I have used AliExpress for years and in the beginning they were fairly reliable. This past year things have gone seriously downhill, particularly when your purchase does not meet your requirements. They dispute every single return request and deny you your money back leaving you with a tonne of stuff that you can’t use and out of pocket. After my last purchase and trying to receive money back for a pair of ill-fitting swimming flippers, and being told “no refund” once again, I will be deleting the app and avoiding them in future. Too much money lost down the drain.

This is a terrible company. You will end up paying more than booking yourself. You add the risk that if you need to make changes you are out of luck. They are not responsive. Had bad weather that canceled out tours and ferries. They refused to acknowledge the cancellations and despite no possible way to get on the ferry and to hotel they refused to provide refunds. You get stuck with a very dumb AI bot to communicate with. not worth the pain.

I am so disappointed with the way American Express Travel treat theirs clients.I am a Platinum member and I booked a Trip on Saturday. After I booked the trip, I received an email saying that I needed to call them because there was an issue on the three passengers last name which is so long. Since that I have been calling and chatting to them to try to solve the issue with our last names.On Monday, I spoke with an agent through the chat and she gave the flight confirmation number. I put the number on United Airlines app, I chose the seats for all passengers, but now I cannot see it anymore. I called them two times without success and then I chatted with agent Ryan who tried to help me but unfortunately he couldn’t. He told me so from what he could tell it was a limitation there at American Express that they cannot issue tickets with the number of letters in all of the names combined as it appears on our passports. For any convenience to me it would be advised that I speak with the airline directly to issue the tickets to avoid any problems of communicating the limitations with the airline and any exceptions they will provide American Express to help the tickets get issued from this agency.I used my rewards points to buy the tickets and I paid the difference on the card. They want me to book directly through the United but the price right now is so high. It is not my problem that their system cannot handle it with clients names.

It's now December 14th, and still haven't been refunded my money $184.00, after 20 emails nothing when I get an email requesting my bank details. which they have been taking money out of my accounts for months. Shouldnt have to wait over 3 weeks.

It's now December 14th, and still haven't been refunded my money $184.00, after 20 emails nothing when I get an email requesting my bank details. which they have been taking money out of my accounts for months. Shouldnt have to wait over 3 weeks.
