File sync - YES. Backup Solution - NO

I have used Dropbox as a file sync solution between pcs and it works great for that. So when I was looking for a full cloud backup solution I thought I would give them a try. I contacted customer support to check that I could backup all files (not just a subset of my documents/images) and was informed that I could back up any file, there were no restrictions. Subscribed, downloaded the software, tried to select my folders for backup and was informed that I couldn't because the "folder had to be on the same drive as Dropbox". This is crazy! My computer has two disks, I can't just move all of Disk A to Disk B in order to get it backed up. Luckily I had a transcript of the chat session with the customer service rep and after some arguments Dropbox did refund me my first month subscription cost (at first they told me to go pound sand).
