I have been a customer for seven years. I loved DropBox. Their app was exactly what I needed to quickly upload and share files. As a creative, this feature is essential to my work. Today, I was locked out of my account because someone was accessing a link. Okay, which link? They couldn't tell me. Which file do I need to adjust and to what level? They couldn't tell me. After multiple attempts with their customer service team there is no solution.
