Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pair of Ugg boots online for my daughter since they didn’t have her size in store and website said I would receive in 4-7 business days. Ordered on December 28th and received on January 9th. Wasn’t happy with that turn around time but then my daughter opens the box and instead of a tall brown boot there is a black slipper in the box. They shipped the absolute wrong order. I went to the store to have them correct it and told them I wanted expedited shipping as we had already been waiting close to two weeks for this boot and after the cashier sat on hold for 20 minutes with “customer service” she was told they “couldn’t expedite shipping.” I spent 15 minutes arguing with the guy who sounded like he was from India on why it “couldn’t” be shipped and he had no answer. After finally telling him I wanted to speak to a supervisor he came back on and said they would be expedited so I hung up and left the store. Shoes didn’t arrive in the time they said so I called knowing good and well they had lied to me just to get me off the phone and sure enough the new customer service agent said I was told they wouldn’t expedite. That was not what I was told. So in summary, they can’t read and fill a simple one shoe order, their shipping is miserably slow compared to just about every other retailer out there (my dog food gets to my house on three days), customer service takes forever to get through to and their customer service agents give you the run around and then lie to you if you insist they make their mistake right. I will take my business to a company that appreciates it and doesn’t lie to their customers.
