Damaged merchandise

Order was to ship by on a Tuesday 2 day so I have it Thursday. Did not ship until Thursday even after inquiring multiple times and told they couldn’t upgrade the ship method without canceling the whole order. Didn’t receive until the following Monday. Box was crushed and beaten. No marking at all to handle with caution. Speaker came in blown and had to drive 2 hours to closest Guitar Center to return.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pair of Ugg boots online for my daughter since they didn’t have her size in store and website said I would receive in 4-7 business days. Ordered on December 28th and received on January 9th. Wasn’t happy with that turn around time but then my daughter opens the box and instead of a tall brown boot there is a black slipper in the box. They shipped the absolute wrong order. I went to the store to have them correct it and told them I wanted expedited shipping as we had already been waiting close to two weeks for this boot and after the cashier sat on hold for 20 minutes with “customer service” she was told they “couldn’t expedite shipping.” I spent 15 minutes arguing with the guy who sounded like he was from India on why it “couldn’t” be shipped and he had no answer. After finally telling him I wanted to speak to a supervisor he came back on and said they would be expedited so I hung up and left the store. Shoes didn’t arrive in the time they said so I called knowing good and well they had lied to me just to get me off the phone and sure enough the new customer service agent said I was told they wouldn’t expedite. That was not what I was told. So in summary, they can’t read and fill a simple one shoe order, their shipping is miserably slow compared to just about every other retailer out there (my dog food gets to my house on three days), customer service takes forever to get through to and their customer service agents give you the run around and then lie to you if you insist they make their mistake right. I will take my business to a company that appreciates it and doesn’t lie to their customers.

Booking.com Failed Me $1,738.38 NZD Stolen, No Refund in 3 Weeks

Over the past 3 weeks, I’ve had the worst customer service experience ever with Booking.com. I made a fully prepaid reservation through their platform. On the day of check-in, we were denied access due to the property being double-booked by a third-party host. After multiple calls to Booking.com, the reservation was cancelled and a refund promised. However, Booking.com failed to cancel the virtual card, and the host later charged a full cancellation fee of $1,738.38 NZD money that should have never been taken. Since then, I've: Made 24 phone calls totaling 14 hours and 29 minutes Sent 31 emails (and received 29 responses) Submitted bank statements three timesStill, no refund. No urgency. No escalation. Constantly repeating my story to new customer service agents who haven’t read previous notes. Disconnected on hold with no follow-up. It’s exhausting and disrespectful. We had to pay for new accommodation out of pocket, and this $1738.38 NZD charge has caused major financial stress. I’ve now reported this to New Zealand authorities and am pursuing legal options. Booking.com has completely failed in protecting customers. Use this platform at your own risk.

A small ATT fiber line got burned by a…

A small ATT fiber line got burned by a garage fire, took out the neighborhood. ATT app says they are working to get the problem fixed. I saw a bucket truck working on it yesterday morning, they pulled off mid afternoon with cables dangling from the strand. Checked this morning after 9am, not a soul working on it but their app promises somebody is on it. NO they are not.The person in the offshore call center just lied and made things up until I found out what happened by going outside to see a bucket truck.As the ATT manager told us when I worked for them in an all hands tailgate meeting right after they took over Pacbell and I quote, “You are no longer here for the customer, you are here for shareholder value”. I quit shortly after. Yep that tracks, ATT does not give a rats patoot about you or me. When I was with Pacbell we would pull all night shifts to get people back in service. Not under the Texas SBC regime. Owned and managed by oligarchs.

I use the Lego store in London, Leicester Square. The staff are FANTASTIC always. The shop is always well stocked. Last purchase I made was for Starry Night, the Van Gogh set. Yes it’s pricey, and we will never be able to afford the sets we want that hit the 500 quid mark. But that’s the rub, as Shakespeare would say. Now if they made a Globe Theatre……..

Dear bol,I am so angry right now because the bed frame delivered one part is wrong, the feet (B) part of the bed is shorter than 180. I need you to send the right part and people to come and fix the whole bed. Sick of this costly time mistake. It better the company come fix this whole bed themselves.I hired a handy man to fixed it it 30 euro per hour and now the 4 hours down the line and this happened.My whole weekend plan to move in to my new apartment is ruined now. I need to be compensated this expensive mistake, I hired handy man to fix the apartment this weekend and now I need cancel with no refund. Hatten hotel malacca. My wife and I stayed 3days at Hatten hotel from 17dec to 20dec and i must say that our experience is memorable one. Staff were very polite and helpfull.The room even though a little old but was very spacious and clean.They provided us with new towels. Breakfast was excellent . Location was very good, all within walking distance. The front desk staff was amazing...always attending with a smile...The duty manager(Lyncy) who attended to us was excellent...very cheerful and helpful..its certainly 5star experiece.

The website has such incredibly large quality differences in the products. Then there is just as much difference in what your suppliers stand for. I stopped shopping with you for a while. As I had ordered according to what the advertisement said about the product. A rugged portable speaker that was waterproof. But got a simple tube with the absolute cheapest speaker you can possibly get. Then there were no buttons on it other than on/off. But p0 advertising lots of other functions. You can sum it all up by saying that the product I received I would never even give to a 3-year-old child. Then when I advertised the product with my order where you can see the speaker that they claimed for the sale. Then the bag with word numbers and the so-called speaker I got in a photo. Then the answer was: You have to pay the shipping to China yourself and we offer 50% back.I demanded a FULL REFUND and free shipping because it was a completely wrong product and false marketing. Then they agreed to 75% of the value, but I still had to pay the shipping. With the shipping and 75% back, I would be at a loss. As I said, you MUST demand more from your suppliers/manufacturers

Each year they try to swindle you …

Each year they try to swindle you with a huge hike in subscription but instantly improve their offers when you ring them. The instructions they provide to cancel your subscription online are erroneous, you cannot cancel online and have to ring them.Originally posted in 2024 and have gone through the exact same experience for renewal in 2025 (£199 renewal came down to £39 with puzzles) I dread to think how many poor devils pay the full price
