****WARNING****DO NOT ORDER Multiple items online.I purchased 4 pair of shoes on DSW Online on October 3rd 2020.DSW online separated my orders between 2 separate DSW stores miles apart. Not only miles apart but in addition, one store was on the east side of town, & the other on the west side. I called customer svc and the rep after 45 minutes on the phone stated that he couldn't help me. I went to both stores in person. None of the managers whom I s/w were able to keep me from the inconvenience I suffered, though both were cordial. I received 2 emails that my order was ready for pick up, only to wait on a long line to reach the counter & be asked to go upstairs "orders have to be picked up upstairs". I get upstairs and recieved only one pair. Was told that orders are coming from seperate vendors or warehouse or something or the other. I get 2 other emails to pick up 3 days later, go back to find only one pair recieved. Ultimately, the last order got stuck in procurement, which means they ran out of stock of the item;and no email, no phone call, no one ever said anything. I had to inquire in person. Horrible online multiple item order experience ever, Dont do it save yourself the frustration, order one item at a time.
