****WARNING****

****WARNING****DO NOT ORDER Multiple items online.I purchased 4 pair of shoes on DSW Online on October 3rd 2020.DSW online separated my orders between 2 separate DSW stores miles apart. Not only miles apart but in addition, one store was on the east side of town, & the other on the west side. I called customer svc and the rep after 45 minutes on the phone stated that he couldn't help me. I went to both stores in person. None of the managers whom I s/w were able to keep me from the inconvenience I suffered, though both were cordial. I received 2 emails that my order was ready for pick up, only to wait on a long line to reach the counter & be asked to go upstairs "orders have to be picked up upstairs". I get upstairs and recieved only one pair. Was told that orders are coming from seperate vendors or warehouse or something or the other. I get 2 other emails to pick up 3 days later, go back to find only one pair recieved. Ultimately, the last order got stuck in procurement, which means they ran out of stock of the item;and no email, no phone call, no one ever said anything. I had to inquire in person. Horrible online multiple item order experience ever, Dont do it save yourself the frustration, order one item at a time.

We were recently charged $159 by ATT fraudulently

We were recently charged $159 bt ATT for an international call they alledged we made with our cell program with them. We use only Whatsap when making international calls. It was not us that made that call. We called them and asked for the phone number and country they alledged we called. They said they would not give that information out due to privacy concerns. They made us pay that amount and they refused to give us any information about the call. We recently spent almost 4 hours on the phone with them in an attempt to transfer our cell numbers to a different carrier. They would not give us the transfer authority. Thank goodness our new carrier (T-mobile) got around their attempts to keep us from leaving their company.

Absolutely Appalling.

Absolutely Appalling.After Auto-Renewal it took FIVE attempts to get a refund due to persistant pushing of offers to ensure that I stay with them. There are much better protection offers out there at a cheaper price. If the customer service was less pushy I might have considered staying at the offered reduced prices, but instead I have left frustrated. Don't bother.

I’d have never believed in a million years I’d have been so wrong and so misguided. Business like this only covering the extreme sides of any spectrum is why we feel so disconnected from each other. We need to put it all down. Media, tech. So on. Do not get your information from here. They contradict themselves show after show. And the people getting air time these days seems like misogynistic terrorist.

I want to give them 0 stars. I paid so much money for a premium membership for absolutely nothing. Car broke down on the side of the highway and AAA took 4 hours to send a tow truck out to use just for the driver to leave within 5 mins and not tow the car. Then AAA called back and said they were looking for another driver to send. Which took another 3 hours and they called and said one is coming. Instead the police showed up and told us that they cancelled the tow and won’t tow it at all and it was 5 am at this point and we have been on the side of the road for 8 hours in total. Then AAA sent me a $20 Lyft voucher for a $200 Lyft ride. They are absolutely worthless. Even the police told us to drop AAA because they do absolutely nothing.

Cannot trust rankings and ratings any more

I used to use IMDb mainly for checking scores. Unfortunately, these have become less and less trustworthy:1) movies/series with few rankings are usually ranked much too high -- I guess most of those scores come from "fans"2) now Amazon, who "owns" IMDb, is influencing which reviews can be seen, so I am now skeptic about reviews and scores for movies/series with many rankings.

I CANNOT TRUST ANY AMAZON ORDER ANYMORE RECENTLY I GOT TO THE STAGE OF LAST STRAWI ORDERED A BROWN SHED ...I RECIEVED PARTS OF A SHED WHICH WAS DUMPPED OUT IN THE DRIVEWAY OUTSIDE MY PROPERTY AND I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE THE HELP ME GET IT TO MY GARAGE ( as im an 85 year old invalid) WE DISCOVERED THE THING WAS THE WRONG COLOUR ,A PINK BEIGE COLOUR AND ONLY PART THERE JUST A FEW SHEETS OF FLIMSEY METAL SO II RANG AMAZON AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT THE SELLER AND THAT THEY ONLY ADVERTIZES ON AMAZON AND I MUST CONTACT THE SELLER , I THEN SPENT AGES EMAILING THE SELLER AND SAID UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I WISHED TO SEND THE THING BACK AND GET A REFUND BUT WAS EVENTUALLY TOLD BY THE SELLER THAT ...I MUST WAIT !!!!
