I couldn't find anywhere on the DSW website where I could unsubscribe. I placed a call today at 2:44 pm. I was on hold for twenty minutes. There was an option to have them call me back however it was going to be 110 minutes. WOW! I went through the prompts and am waiting patiently for someone to address my concerns. Indeed DSW NEEDS HELP! Please hire more people in your customer service department. It doesn't matter how great your product lines are, the most important factor is having a company stand behind its merchandise with competent guest service employees.
