I couldn't find anywhere on the DSW website where I could unsubscribe. I placed a call today at 2:44 pm. I was on hold for twenty minutes. There was an option to have them call me back however it was going to be 110 minutes. WOW! I went through the prompts and am waiting patiently for someone to address my concerns. Indeed DSW NEEDS HELP! Please hire more people in your customer service department. It doesn't matter how great your product lines are, the most important factor is having a company stand behind its merchandise with competent guest service employees.

Be carefull with at&t!! They are liars. First they tell you you will get a credit regarding the X issue, that you should see it reflected on the next billing cycle. Months go by and is never apply. When you call them regarding the credit, they asked you "what was it about?" like they know nothing. Case starts over and same situation... months go by and nothing, you call again.... At&t play games with customers. Very unprofessional and careless company.

Love my Tuxedo cat so much, hadn't done Lego for years ,but really enjoyed building it.Only tiny issue ,took me ages to work out why they wanted 2 pieces where his mouth goes, didn't understand it was a either or choice.But overall brilliant.

I have been a DropBox Business customer for more than 5 years and I am so frustrated at the complete lack of any kind of tech support ~ impossible to even send an email/chat and get a response in 3 days - Service for sales is VERY GOOD but Tech Support essentially non-existent ~ and this last incident (I am on 2 hours with no success even sending an email to tech support because their submit doesn't work) ~
