I have no words for how bad the online…

I have no words for how bad the online shopping is, or trying to reach customer service on the phone. I ordered a bag online using a gift card. Three days after I ordered they cancelled it, and the balance was not put back on the card. I tried all day to reach someone in customer service and spent long periods of time on hold. Long. Periods. Of. Time. Finally, the next day I called the gift card customer service, and I was told I had the balance, but couldn't use the card for 48 hours. I tried to use the card 3 days later and I couldn't because the PIN was no longer active. So, I called the gift card customer service back and I was again told I had the balance, but in order to use it I had to go into the store. Oh, and they gave me the number to DSW customer service, which I again called and was told that the wait time was 77 minutes. Awful.
