Horrific and incredibly unhelpful customer service! I gave them all the information they asked for to solve my issue just to be told they didn't want to provide the solution after all. Never in my life have I ever actually gotten treated like such dogcrap by a company. They DO NOT care about your support of their games, they only want your money. Only ever buy their games if it's HEAVILY discounted. Do not support these crappy people if you can help it!!!
