This is the worst god forsaken company in the entire world. I've had a EA account for over 10 years, my account has been permanently banned after a hacker used my account. It took me over a month to change the email which I did and the password however, after 2 months they still haven't attempted to unban me. This is is the worst pathetic company, how can my account which I've spent close to 1K be permanently banned for something I didn't do and now I can't play any of my games online. This is so sickening. They don't even attempt to fix these issues, I've tried mulitple times to appeal my ban but every single person I'm aware of in forums, friends, etc have never been able to get unbanned.
