This is the worst god forsaken company…

This is the worst god forsaken company in the entire world. I've had a EA account for over 10 years, my account has been permanently banned after a hacker used my account. It took me over a month to change the email which I did and the password however, after 2 months they still haven't attempted to unban me. This is is the worst pathetic company, how can my account which I've spent close to 1K be permanently banned for something I didn't do and now I can't play any of my games online. This is so sickening. They don't even attempt to fix these issues, I've tried mulitple times to appeal my ban but every single person I'm aware of in forums, friends, etc have never been able to get unbanned. This is ridiculous, all my money gone for what...

Yesterday I went to purchase some shoes because I like the selection At your stores. I needed a new pair of sneakers and the young lady who I asked for help took me to the selection and suggested 2 different brands. I picked two sizes and we put them on the shelf where I was to try them on. I asked if I could leave them there because I still wanted to shop for other shoes when I returned the shoes were put back so I went back to the display and brought them to where you had to try them on. They were the wrong size and I asked the salesman to get me the next size up and when he returned he practically threw the box at me. I’ve NEVER been treated so disrespectful. The sneakers he brought me were the right size so I purchased them and even told the cashier how disappointed I was in the way I was treated. There were only a few people shopping and there’s no excuse to treat a customer like that

I was looking for an easy to use mail marketing platform that allows to atach files to transactionals emails and to scheule campains, and found Brevo. I’ve been a user for almost two years and it keeps on working really fine.

AS a license fee payer, i am furious that all normal programmes taken off 2 nights in a row for football. Not everyone in the world is a football fan. show some consideration for viewers. the fee per year far too much.

Worse than awful -would give zero stars…

Worse than awful -would give zero stars if I could.This is just absolutely worse than awful. Sent my driving license renewal form off 10 (!!) weeks ago. Have tried to ring dozens of times now - as others have said, you can never get through and always get the same voicemail reply ("Sorry, we're too busy to take your call"). Managed to get through to their chat this morning. The first challenge was to get past the chat bot - which AI is clearly in its embryo stages (can't even be called infant). If I could find the info on your website, do you think I'd try and contact you!?!?!After 2 hours patiently waiting in the queue to speak to an advisor (I work for the NHS), the chat just chooses to disconnect me with the message "Sorry we have been unable to connect you with an agent on this occasion". Are you for real!?!?!?Is this what our tax payer's money is being spent on?Which other Tory Sleaze party mate has filled their boots having developed a really diabolical system?And they're still hiding behind covid, when hospitals manage to operate, airlines manage to get their planes to take off, distributors manage to deliver their goods to stores and customers.....Where's the accountability?? Grant Chapps: you are ultimately accountable. Had you worked for a commercial organisation (or for example be a football coach), you'd be out on your ear!

AND now miss a day of work also and I am a single father who has enough problems. AAA waste of money if you ask me. Seek alternatives that work with their customers. How military spouses are!

I love how these 19-year-old kids at DOGE are getting jobs that pay $200k or more, and we (military spouses) who have been "voluntold" over the years by commanders to do jobs on base for no pay, and we get into the "fellowship" program maybe... I've got a 4.0 GPA as a Biochemistry major, and the reason I can't get a job is because I don't look dependable, or local businesses say, "you're going to be moving soon." The most interesting part about DOGE's Fox News interview today is the fact that they left out the part about USACE's CEFMS system that already tracks how the federal government pays for employees and contracts (so if you DOGE virgins are just copying and pasting the code and tweaking it to fit into independent agencies) like... why are you taking so much credit... fraud?!? annnnnnnd Yes, there is a DOD form for volunteer work on post, but commanders do not reference them or hand them out when "voluntelling" us to do things. I've been a military spouse for 14 years and don't have a career, but if I am related to a cabinet member or take a 7-week class on coding, will I get a sweet DOGE job as well?!? Our country is a joke, and near peers can easily have an active-duty military spouse who moves every 3 years,, unwittingly spy for them. The only thing they'd have to do is give the right spouse an over $50k a year job and ask about "Signal" for example. A chat called "Wetstone" on Signal is used by SMU/ US Army Delta 18 D Green Berets. That's a freebie... anyone feel free to contact me for Central Intelligence Agency SAD chats on Signal. You don't need a TS security clearance to know this stuff. Any a3$ hats that are reading this, you just need to listen to soldiers when you're off post. Like the fact that Israeli Mossad agents were on Fort Bragg/Liberty doing stupid stuff like getting soldiers' information at the PX. You guys have too much time on your hands...

As much as I would love to love Venmo

As much as I would love to love Venmo, I cannot. My phone number changed over a year ago but Venmo would not accept the new phone number that I use. My current phone number is fine for my bank accounts, for my investing accounts, credit card accounts and very many accounts. But Venmo does not accept it and after trying to log in with other info, such as my bank info, I just keep getting errors and try again later messages. I always have to email for help and days later I receive a response. Then they want you to send a picture of your Drivers License or ID through email. I do not like that at all and who would ? Let the CEO email all of their identifying information in a email. So I would be VERY AFRAID to put a large sum of money into the Venmo account, afraid I might not be able to sign in when needing it. Then after a year of this problem, I asked someone to let me use their phone number so I can get the code that is needed to sign in. So in order for me to sign in, I have to use someone elses phone number, which puts me in a greater security risk. If Venmo would allow me to use my personal phone number, like everyone else does, then it would be fine. I have to keep fighting the Venmo system in order to log in. There are many others having this issue, but their management does not listen and does not change things. New management is needed for Venmo.

Here's how to cancel your subscription

Just a heads up for any one looking to cancel their subscription: the option to cancel comes up under "Manage your subscriptions" if you use Microsoft Explorer/Bing to log on. This option is not visible when using Google Chrome, for some reason. Using Bing, I was able to cancel my subscription without any hassles. Reason for cancelling: I only read a few columnists in the Business section, and 12.99/month was too much for what I get out of it (and the reduced offer is only for 4 months). Otherwise I quite like the Telegraph view of the world.

I found Dropbox fine for storing files on, however their customer service is absolutely appalling. Even though I cancelled my subscription in ample time, Dropbox are continuing to charge me each month. Of course, they conveniently have no records of my transactions. It is impossible to resolve this with customer service staff. They will give you a stock answer with a lovely list of excuses which ultimately point the finger of blame at you instead of where it belongs, at them. I would avoid Dropbox at all costs! Save yourself money and time by choosing another provider.
