EA support advisors do not speak English well and cannot communicate. Within an hour of creating an account, I was fed up with them and have spent 2 days trying to get them to delete my account. No one has replied in a way that makes sense, no one has passed my request on to anyone who English and can explain to me what to do. I am also very concerned about my credit card privacy - their screen used my bank's logo and phone number w/o the bank's consent.
