Absolutely the worst service ever. I will make sure I never ever buy a game by this company again. I will tell everyone to stay clear of this awful uncaring, money grabbing, robotic customer service who lie when asked for proof of so called miss use of the rules, “it’s a game and he is a child”, but they apparently can’t provide proof, but won’t let him play again because their precious game rules are broken. Well EA put a block on, so kids can’t fall into transferring incorrectly. A 12 year old boy gets bought a game in October £59.99 plays it for 3 months and that’s it, EA decide to chastise and tell your child off. Forget the money we have spent. Forget the mental anxiety it has caused him in this lockdown world we live in. Ea don’t care., You made a mistake EA has spoken. Your parents can speak to robots but we will not let you play again. If I could use foul language, I will use every word to describe this company and it’s staff. Instead, I will say. I HOPE THEY GO BUST. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
