Paid $200 for a package that was stolen, ebay denied my appeal and just had me shoulder the loss. Insane how this can happen. No consumer protection whatsoever. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Spoke to Cody and Keith from the service hotline and they were in no way interested to actually help me out.
