I watched The Royal Edinburgh military tattoo live and it was the most amazing show i have ever seen! Your coverage of it was awful and makes it look nothing more than a high school play, the light show and pyrotechnics go hand in hand with the performances and you show none of it!

It had been 2.5 years but still never received the paid item. The manufacturer is not answering anything to backers. Even phone number listed is no longer in service. There's absolutely nothing backers can do about this and it makes me really mad. Kickstarter should jump into this kind of problem and try to solve it between angry backers and the manufacture.

My beloved BBC no longer exist. The days of looking forward to the news are long gone. No-matter where I served around the world in the Royal Navy it was a symbol of Great Britain and pride in everything British. No longer. I feel embarrassed when I watch or listen to the standards of reporting and the fall back of using "closed questions" to get the answers they want. Its been some time now since I watched or listened at any length and miss the news at midnight that I always fell asleep listening to. Today I think I would have nightmares. My news broadcaster of choice is without doubt the unbiased Al Jazeera. Sad days but I hope that the PM will at some time listen to the people and rebuild this British institution. Till then its Goodnight from me.

I called for assistance for a flat tire shortly after 9:30pm. I was told someone would be there to assist me between 10pm and 12am. At 11:30pm I received a text from AAA stating the address where the tow truck driver would meet me and stating that if I had any questions or concerns that I could reply to the text. At 12:15a, I had yet to be contacted, so I replied to the text and asked for an ETA. I received no response by 12:30am, so I called the number for roadside assistance again. After being on hold for half an hour, I was told that the driver dispatched to assist me was currently out of state and it would be several more hours for assistance. I was told that I could leave my car and they would come and tow it for me when the driver was available. I explained that I had no way to get home so I couldn't just leave my car. I was then told that the representative would contact the Ohio dispatch (as she was in a completely different state) and they would contact a different driver and then call me. I never received a call. I removed my tire by myself and put my donut on the front driver side of an AWD vehicle, and very slowly drove home. I finally arrived home approximately 5 hours after my initial call for roadside assistance. Still no call from dispatch to send help.

Well target charged me twice, on my stuff. Brought it to their attention and they said oh well you need to go to your bank. Well the bank didn't make the mistake and now I have to wait a week to get my money back. Customer service is bad.

I bought Samsung's Z Fold 3 (foldable and gimmicky) phone and I kept having issues where the phone folds in the center. My carrier (AT&T) refused to warranty my phone for the 2nd time because "It doesn't hinder the performance of the phone", said management from AT&T. At a price point of $2,000 I was not going to take "No" for an answer so I called Corporate Samsung where they took my Z-Fold and sent me an S23 Ultra. Their CSR "tricked" me with his wording and now I am paying for two (2) phones and only have one (1) cell phone!!! They are charging me for the foldable phone and they KEPT it and still have it!!! Samsung will be hearing from my attorney. Samsung's customer support representatives are dishonest, crooked and theiving. That Z Fold 3 belongs to ME, since I am am physically PAYING for it!!! Again, You WILL hear from my attorney!!! I will also report you to the BBB and my local news might like to know what Corporate Samsung is doing to their customers. I will never do business with Samsung in the future. APPLE'S iPhone is the ONLY way to go today. You dropped the ball BIG TIME Samsung!!! SHAME on a multi billion dollar corporation treat a customer this way!!!

Bought a video recorder, to record TV to hard disk then copy to DVD. The manual is a work of fiction: it is confusing, misleading and in a number of cases totally incorrect. I phoned customer service: their support staff have no knowledge of their products and simply read the manual to me, which is a fat lot of good since the manual is just plain wrong. I even had to tell them which pages in the manual to look at! Emailed to tell them of the problems: they sent a bland reply repeating the (incorrect) information in the manual and and ignoring most of my questions, then despite 2 further emails now simply won't reply. Totally useless.
