I took a subscription years ago and as I wanted to save on my budget, decided to cancel it. I cannot believe how difficult the cancellation process is with a chat with someone literally not letting do it. I had to repeat over 10 times that I want to cancel now and be lectured on why it is a bad idea. This is simply unbelievable but for sure I will never subscribe to this paper ever again. I initially thought I would just pause it until money gets better, now I simply hate them and their evil policy.
