Avoid subscription at all costs

Cancelling a subscription is far harder than it should be - there's no option to do this on the website, instead you have to either call or use live chat. I chose the latter, assuming it would be quicker, and it still took around 30 minutes, while being bombarded with special offers to try to persuade me to stay. I can understand wanting to gather some data on why people leave, but this is just awful customer service which is likely to succeed only in ensuring that no one ever re-subscribes or recommends it to anyone else.
