If there was and option for 0 stars…

If there was and option for 0 stars that is what DSW would deserve. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and after about 4 weeks i got 1 pair. I tried to call but customer service is not available. I called the store where shoes was shipped from and lady on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. Finally i got someone to answer my e-mail and i was told that my order was short shipped, thats 2 months after. I was asked if i want refund or shoes i wanted shoes of course. So 2 weeks after waiting i get an e-mail saying they will send me the money as the shoes are not available. And on top of that i am told they do not hold shoes for anyone so it was sold out by the time they answer my e-mail. Worst customer service ever. I will not spend another dollar in their store and i will make sure everyone know about their awful customer service and inability to fulfil an order that they charged me for. 3 months after and still no shoes no money. Disgusting!!!!

It is a scam website to charge credit cards with no customer service, no one to e-mail, call, chat. Nothing. I signed up for free trial, upgraded to pro, and when I wanted to use features, I got a message that my credit card is already being charged on "another team". Except that I used only one e-mail, and it showed one account. So I would be charged over $100.00 in a month on another account that I cannot even cancel. Purchased $1.00 image, got 2 invoices and was charged twice!!!!! Beware, don't deal with them.

Normal procedure in Sweden is that if a customer is dissatisfied and do not want a service, he get his money back. But not from Epoch Times.

I started a free trial 3 months ago and cancelled auto renewal by the end of it, but for some reasons it doesn’t work and it charged me £60 for the past 3 months. I contacted customer services for a refund and they provided no help at all. Please listen to me and don’t use their service at all or you might end up like me. This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!

Avoid subscription at all costs

Cancelling a subscription is far harder than it should be - there's no option to do this on the website, instead you have to either call or use live chat. I chose the latter, assuming it would be quicker, and it still took around 30 minutes, while being bombarded with special offers to try to persuade me to stay. I can understand wanting to gather some data on why people leave, but this is just awful customer service which is likely to succeed only in ensuring that no one ever re-subscribes or recommends it to anyone else.

MSN comment section is so bad that they might as well disable all comments!

MSN news is great, but I have NEVER experienced such a bad user comment system! I am in total dismay. If someone responds to one of you posts it has become impossible to locate the response in question and answer back. Most the time you can only leave a public comment, meaning that the person you're responding to is not even aware you did so. The censoring rules are terrible. You get around them by removing the word "no", replacing you by "people", etc. and refraining to comment after a certain time of the day... or by simply giving up.

I got restrict many times after I got false report. I feel Facebook treat me not very fair. I do not break any rule. So I notice FB does not very careful with review videos and post. And do not check what's date is. FB tends to believe in lairs rather than see evidence. I feel so confused and want to know why why. I noticed FB keep add 24 hours and 2 days. I am not very happy with FB. So watch out for false report. If you sent support message. they will NOT reply back to you. It is not freedom of speech.
