I got lured into buying a subscription special offer of £12 for 12 weeks in august on the paddington station by a smooth talking rep... since my subscription was coming up for renewal and they would have charged a hefty £60 .. i used the website "contact us" form to request a cancellation.. there was an acknowledgement mail and then no response until they charged the full amount.. then i emailed their customer service.. again no response for a week.. before a naive looking mail saying you cna reach us on phone if you have any queries.. then i called the number and it was premium 0845 number only that they give (this must be illegal in uk to not have a regular number for customer service) but after a 8 minute hold time i gave up.. again mailed them - no response.. then called again .. 3 minute into the call and talking to an agent shawna , as i was explaining why its a wrong charge - the line gets mysteriously cut ! seems the greedy mgmt is trying to milk unsuspecting customers only and have made it really difficult to unsubscribe ... the mentions here show the same.. avoid them at all cost. .really shady
