Ordered clothes online with 48hr shipping, which was for free, 2 days later it didn't arrive, wrote 2 emails to them in english and spanish, no reply.. Then find out from text its going to arrive almost 4 days later! Which is not acceptable, cause I'm leaving for long vacay, so i had to have my bf call and cancel in spanish! They weren't sure what happened with my order and weren't sorry... That is the last time i speak of this store or step into it. Worst customer service ever!! Ruined my trip and week! Where is their english speaking phone lines..??!! Thought theyre an international retail store.
