Great product, amazing support (huge improvment over earlier!).Had some issues lately and was always hesitant to contact Elementor support (which earlier I would rate as totally useless!). But the last few times now in 2024/2025, the Support staff have been amazing.The responses are great from both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and they actually look into your issue and provide accurate and detailed feedback.And if they can't figure it out, they escalate to next tier and the next tier guy actually got back to me within an hour!AND! If the person that replied on your ticket last is not at work when you post your new reply, another (equally qualified) person responds right away.The whole support experience with Elementor was nothing short of amazing and a solid 10/10 - and I am not even subscribed to their "Premium support", but I definetly got premium support anyway.Thanks to Aezaz among others at Elementor support.
