Really shocked to see the 1 star reviews here, I mean I have not had to have much dealings with the customer service, but that's because there is barely any need to when everything works incredibly well and have never had any issues with anything. I had to leave this review because I honestly feel like Envato is the perfect subscription for all my needs. I make websites, dabble in design, make videos, social media marketing posts and more. I use it every day and it never fails to disappoint. I currently use it for easy access to images through the websites which is incredibly handy and it also integrates through premiere too. I really don't know what I would do without it, and wanted to show some respect and appreciation for a subscription that has SO much value. If I had to get rid of every bit of software and subscriptions I had, Envato would be the very last to go. So, thanks Envato and for any creative considering whether to choose other competitors like Artlist, and other similar software - if you do more than just make videos - Envato is the best choice you can make. I have also never had a problem with themes, plugins, templates or anything else for that matter. Amazing bit of kit, shame they don't have a higher rating as this may skew the reality of how awesome the software is.
