TRULY APPALLING SERVICE!

Truly appalling service! We booked our seats to Dubai early as part of our full journey to Brisbane. My Wife suffers from motion sickness so we chose carefully, booking at the front of the plane having paid the upgrade fee to do so. On the morning of our departure we checked in online and were horrified to find our seats had changed completely. We were moved from row 25 upstairs to row 87 downstairs! Initially I had no answer from Customer Service and only discovered a last minute change of plane caused them to radically change our seating. APART FROM A TERRIBLE FLIGHT BY THE TOILETS AT THE BACK OF THE PLANE,WE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY- NO COMPENSATION- AND RECEIVED ONLY AN AUTOMATED ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will never fly Emirates again……..
